Spring Break Key West !!?

Serving as America's only Carribean island, Kew West is exotic, warm and tropical. Gay and straight friendly, Key West never fails to attract one of the most diverse spring break crowds year after year. Key West in fact, considers itself an independent republic, it seceded from the Union on April 23rd, 1982.

"Another positive Key West factor is the warm water of the Gulf of Mexico! Unlike Panama City, Destin, and Daytona in March, the water is actually comfortable and you never have to worry about a sudden cold front dipping temperatures into the 60's. Key West is unrivaled with its warm, sultry weather and it's a paradise unlike any other... since the 1800's Key West has been known for its diverse cast of characters that know how to LIVE... and let live"

When thinking of spring break if you want something out of the ordinary and you're ready to "live and let live" when you get there, then you might want to consider Key West!

Spring Break: Ibiza?!

Although not as commonly discussed as places like Cancun or South Beach here in the U.S., Ibiza, Spain makes the third of the Top Party Spring Break Destinations list.

According to http://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/, Ibiza is "the world's party capital, place of the original hippy markets, soft sandy beaches with crystal clear water, dreamy sunsets, beautiful villages, and a mystical and magical island." Ibiza is called the "holiday resort."

On http://www.ibiza4all.org/, it says "Ibiza is an excellent and amazing Mediterranean island to spent your holidays." "A wide range of Ibiza Holiday Rentals offers selected accommodations such as beach bungalows, villas, guesthouses, apartments, small houses, country houses, fincas and hotels, available throughout the whole island, from seaside apartments to the fashionable calmness of the rural houses and fincas, they will all fulfill your personal requirements and provide perfect Ibiza Holiday Accommodations for everyone and every budget."

The main connection between the information given on these two websites is that although many people may not normally travel to Ibiza, Spain for a typical getaway, this beautiful and historic island values holiday getaways of all sorts. Both sites explain in detail the special holiday packages for Ibiza, such as weddings, family events, gay events, goup holidays, and even its own Ibiza Day Holiday.

The larger message is that although Ibiza offers just as many on the "things to do" list as other vacation hot spots, its should be especially consider for the holiday season or holidays of any other kind. Sometimes it's worth taking some time to plan something unlike the typical getaway, especially for an important cause.

See you in Ibiza!
